First face-to-face work conference - post COVID

Yesterday I had my first face to face work conference and there were some huge positives. Being able to have conversations over a cup of tea was great. I did however have a dilemma on how to formally greet people post COVID. Are handshakes a thing of the past? Welcome thoughts? (I decided to go with what I think the cool thing to do, fist bump!)

What a beautiful piece of engineering! The aerodynamic design enabled the LNER Class A4 4468 Mallard to achieve the world speed record for steam locomotives at 203 km/h (126 mph)!

Apparently the record was made on a slope and unlike world records for cars and aircraft, there is no requirement for an average of two runs in both directions, and assistance from gradient or wind has always been acceptable in rail speed records!

Post-COVID greetings are tricky!
There's the fist bump; a cool classic indeed, though some might still refrain from hand contact.
The elbow bump; works well for adjacent people, but rather awkward when face-to-face.
The foot shake; maintains good distance between greeters, but requires excellent balance. Also a smart dress shoe may refrain from foot shaking a muddy boot.
Any others?
